New Shadow Arts Minister Is Former SFSG

Recent newspaper articles about the new Labour Shadow Arts Minister, Dan Jarvis, reveal he is a former member of the Special Forces Support Group (SFSG). Jarvis served in the Parachute Regiment as a 3 Para platoon commander in Kosovo in 1999. Later, as a Major in 1 Para, he commanded a company of SFSG in Afghanistan. He recently received an MBE for his military service.
