Killer Elite - Coming Out Soon On DVD / Blu Ray

A new film featuring the Special Air Service (SAS) is coming out soon on DVD and Blu-ray.

Set in the early 1980s, 'Killer Elite' stars Jason Statham as a mercenary who is hired by an Arabic Sheik to hunt down and kill a number of ex-SAS soldiers in revenge for the deaths of his sons during an SAS campaign in Oman in the 1970s.

Clive Owen plays a former SAS operative who is part of a secret society known as the Feather Men, formed to protect ex-SAS soldiers. The film, which also stars Robert Deniro, is an action/thriller which centers on Statham's mission and Owen's attempts to thwart him.

The movie is based on the book, 'The Feather Men', written by Sir Ranulph Fiennes, a former SAS soldier, who claims the book was based on true events.
