Royal Military Police - Close Protection

Royal Military Police (RMP) Close Protection Officers (left and right) guard U.K. Maj. Gen. Andy Salmon in Iraq. RMP bodyguards are often mistaken for SAS operators by the press due to them toting non-standard weapons. These Officers are carrying C8 CQB carbines and Sig Sauer 9mm pistols.They are also equipped with personal role radios.
